HOW IT’S USED
Structural repairs take many forms, depending on the particular problem. An H2Ox Engineer would assess the problem, either from information provided by the client or from a site visit.
Epoxy resins are used to fill dry cracks in concrete and to rebond tiles and screeds to concrete substrates. The process involves injecting a very low viscosity two component epoxy resin, without undue pressure, to fill the location completely. Once cured, the epoxy resin will exhibit very high compressive and bond strength.

Our Epoxy Resin is a very low viscosity two component epoxy resin. By injecting this product into delaminated flooring , screeds or areas that require treatment , the resins can flow into the de-bonded areas; filling the voids, before curing to a high compressive strength end product. The secondary effect of the resin is that it also acts as an excellent adhesive. The process involves injection under low pressure, with specific measures taken to avoid undue pressure beneath the surface finishes.
