CLIENT: NHBC

The Problem:
An underground car park had insufficient waterproofing due to problems with the workmanship and design of the car park.
 
Various unsuccessful attempts were made by other contractors to prevent the water ingress. These included the application of ‘Combiflex’ bandaging over construction joints.

The Solution:
NHBC then asked H2Ox to carry out Polyurethane Resin Injection to some of the defects.

The areas were successfully sealed but it resulted in leakage in other areas which highlighted the problems with previous workmanship. H2Ox continued to offer a complete solution for all issues.
