CLIENT: NHBC
The Problem:
A lift plant within under-stair electrical plant rooms was repeatedly tripping out because of water ingress.
NHBC initially employed a local contractor to devise a solution, but after thousands of pounds being spent on an internal cementitious ‘waterproof’ slurry application, the problem remained.
The Solution:
NHBC then contacted H2Ox to provide an effective solution.
The H2Ox Engineers recommended the use of a Systematic Polyurethane Resin Injection System.
Within the first week the most problematical lift plant room was completely sealed and H2Ox were asked to complete the remainder of the works. |
